How to Prepar

• Heat 200–250 ml of fresh water until hot.
• Place 1 tea bag in your cup.
• Pour the hot water over the tea bag.
• Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
• Remove the tea bag and enjoy warm.

Best enjoyed: After a light meal or between meals during your menstrual cycle, particularly in the afternoon or evening.
